Scheduled a perm 3 weeks early for my son and was told 5 minutes before appointment it was canceled, recieved no phone call or anything. They had 1 client there and 1 employee walking around doing absolutely nothing. I was told all the walk- ins come before appointments so that’s why they would not see him. McKayla also has the worst customer service for this industry. When corporate was called and Jessica called me back she explained McKayla was completely wrong and my son’s appointment should have never been canceled, walk-ins do not override appointments. Good thing this was supposed to be a 1 time appointment, we won’t be back and will take our business elsewhere.

I asked for a simple haircut where they’re supposed to just cut the sides short and slightly trim the top. They somehow managed to mess everything up, the sideburns, sides, and back were uneven and they cut off too much off the top. I only came to this location because the other locations were busy but now i can see why this wasn’t. Some of the workers there give dirty looks to people of color and give off a racist vibe. Save your money and hair by going to any other place.
