Disappointing service, didn’t get what I asked for. My hair was uneven, so I went in, and said that I was wanted my hair cut to where I would be even. After she was done with cutting my hair, she said there was a piece that shorter but she didn’t want to go that short (I thinking to myself, shouldn’t you have asked before you started?) the woman said she can cut it more, or layer it a little bit, she thens starts layering it. I wanted to scream, I wanted it cut so my length is straight/even. Wouldn’t it be easier to ask at the beginning to ask, so you don’t have to cut my hair twice or I have to go in for another haircut to try and get it even since my hair is still uneven

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySimply horrendous and appalling customer service!!!! My 5 year old son and I arrived and checked in with one lady at the store. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait, and so we did. Then, after 45 minutes, they called my name. The other lady, who was working and going to cut my hair said my son’s name was not on the list and that she would not cut his hair. How long does it take to cut a 5 year old’s hair? 10 minutes, maybe 15! The other lady did not speak up for us which was disappointing. So, we left. Also, before calling our name, I heard the lady who would not cut my son’s hair say something about her getting off at 5:30 so it is in my opinion that she was more worried about leaving on time than providing good customer service. NOT the place to go for a kid’s haircut. Checked my 2 children in online and waited for out time- when we got there, Neither stylist seemed like they wanted to cut kids’ hair. Couldn’t hold my youngest (Covid restrictions ?) Refused to cut his hair. My 4 yo non-verbal son sat still well, but I had to wait away from him, and she didn’t cut the style I said, didn’t brush off his face/ neck after, and didn’t style hair at all. She also didn’t ask what I thought before getting him out of chair simply proceeded to check out. Had a great experience at the Anson location, thought would try here since it’s closer to home and less wait time- will not be back.
