My father has 4 hairs on his head and you guys can’t even manage to cut one of them even. Even with a clipper even all over, I don’t know what you’re doing. I’ve been a barber for 14 years and every time he takes his 4 hairs into your store to get cut I honestly don’t know what happens to him. I’ve held off on this review for the longest, because I’m in the industry, I know what it’s like to start out cutting hair, being nervous and all. Trust me, I understand, but at some point you got to have a come to Jesus moment and start caring a little about your clientele.

I have had no problems going to this location for a haircut for my son until today. I should have known when discussing cuts with Heather that this was not going to go well. The stylist was rude and condescending while trying to explain to her that my son wants it short. I asked her to fade my son’s hair and keep the top on the short side. She told me that was 2 different types of cuts as though its not something to do (I have asked for a similar cut other visits and they had no problem producing). With a lack of alternatives since my son wanted his hair short I told her fine to just buzz cut it. Within 5 mins he was out of the chair. She didnt take the time to make sure his hair was even. She had to of noticed my disappointment as I was looking at his hair and pointing out areas that weren’t even. She quickly checked me out to move on to the next customer. Lesson learned I will have his dad fix it and next time I will suck up the wait time and go to sports clips.

Received a haircut from Heather this past weekend. Absolutely horrible. She cut my hair in less than 5 min with complete disregard to having pride in her work or doing a good job. Neck line crooked, hairs sticking up, no line up anywhere to make sure sideburns or front is straight and symmetrical. Just used the clipper for 3 minutes and you’re done. One of the worst haircuts I’ve had. I wouldn’t even pay $5 for a haircut like this.

Quality has gone way downhill and price has gone up. My husband has come home 3 times in a row with a terrible haircut and I’m not letting him go back. Last time he said he was in & out of the chair in 5 minutes. The back was uneven, random long hairs left uncut, way too short on top. He gets a very simple cut and he should be a no-brained customer, so the fact that they’ve gotten it wrong this often is just sad. They’ve also gone from $14 to $18 in just the last few months. Go somewhere else.

Simply an awful experience. I was in here about a week ago and was shocked at how bad it was. First off, the wait times are atrocious. Next up, the haircut was terrible. I had Shawn and she rushed through the haircut, didn’t cut it anything like I asked for, and had a lot of attitude. Minimal amounts of cleaning/sanitizing and overly expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The haircuts are almost always mediocre. Every once in a while you get a good haircut though. If you want the best haircut seek out Madison. She is great.

Positive: QualityI love it that they are open till 9pm! It’s very hard to fit haircuts for my kids into day time hours. Took my very picky 13 year old here last night. Can’t remember the stylist’s name, but she was blonde with glasses. She really took her time getting his fade just right. He has very thick hair so it’s hard to get a perfect cut. One of the better Great Clips I’ve been to. Alyssa was awesome…for the price of the cut she really put a lot of work into it; her level of service and knowledge of guys’ hair was that of a higher-end barbershop or salon. My only complaint about this location is that I’ve had other stylists who rush through my haircuts…and I mean really rush. I (along with most people I assume) care more that my haircut looks great rather than getting it cut in under 15 minutes. Trying to get it done as fast as you can leaves a bad impression on the customer; I’d rather you take the extra time to listen and do it right (I had one woman here who was going so crazy with the clippers that it hurt). Often, people assume guys don’t care about their hair so they don’t pay it much thought. That being said, I’ve had a few great haircuts here with stylists who DO take the extra time/effort and are very friendly. I just wish all of them would!

They cut your hair the way you tell them to. The staff are friendly, but probably too talkative for my tastes. It’s a $15 haircut. You shouldn’t have any complaints as long as they give you a decent trim and treat you nicely. This is the McDonald’s of haircuts… consistent, cheap, and fast.

So frustrating! After dealing with awful traffic for my hour long commute home, I went out of my way to go to this Great Clips. I accidentally checked into the wrong one (my fault) but when I arrive it went from two stylists to one when there are still people waiting to get their hair cut. So I try to patiently wait but after not being able to make myself comfortable with the girl hired to lean across the counter and stare, I decided to leave. I’ll probably do the Sports Clips on my way home from now on. Very disappointed.
