I knew I took a risk going to Great Clips, but for the love of god, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. I got a cut and style, then I went home and sobbed in front of my mirror. The lack of attention to detail was shocking. As a hairstylist myself, I’m infuriated by this kind of representation. I got a great hair cut here! I have always been very scared to get my hair cut shorter but I absolutely LOVE the outcome! I looked like I paid a ton of money to get it done! The prices cannot be beat, and the staff are very friendly! Love this place.

It has been so long since I have had a bad haircut, I really wasn’t even paying much attention during the haircut. It was until I returned home and was greeted with hilarious comments on my poor haircut. The fade was poorly blended, my neck was not trimmed well, and several areas were trimmed too deep. I would not return to this location or recommend it to family or friends.

My husband and son have been using this location for the year and a half that we have lived in Westfield. They generally keep their hair fairly short, so they go once every month or month and a half. The staff is always polite and professional, and does good work. They’re always willing to adjust anything that isn’t quite to our liking.
