They apparently have issues getting g to work on time! Hours on the door state it opens at 9. Website says 9. It’s Friday at 10 and they aren’t open. Have watched 8 -10 people walk up and pull on the doors, then leave. Haircut

So I check in online tell me I got a one minute wait when I get there, Lady takes another lady in front of me when I was next in line so I get called out by this guy who right off the bat has no clue what he’s doing and I can tell and I should’ve stopped it right then and there but I continue to let him cut my hair and the farther he got into it the more nervous he got in by the end of it he was shaking and I just said you need to stop now you have totally butchered my hair he tells me his name is Michael but I asked if he had license in it says James ridiculous something is not right something needs to be done this is BS. So now I get to walk around look like a freak

Shawna I believe was her name. She was very friendly and done an excellent job. I wanted something different and it was going to be short. I showed her a picture of something similar that I wanted. She said we can do that. My hair was breaking off and I was tired of it. I told her I was leaving it to her to do whatever to my hair. It turned out great and I absolutely love it. Will definitely be going back to her again.

Critical: ProfessionalismDecent haircut for the money however there was no one in there and they would not let me go back with my 4yo. We could have easily maintained social distancing however one of the stylist refused to let me back with my son to make him more comfortable. Decent haircut for the money however there was no one in there and they would not let me go back with my 4yo. We could have easily maintained social distancing however one of the stylist refused to let me back with my son to make him more comfortable.
