My only mistake choosing to have my hair cut here was doing it while I was travelling too far from home. I needed a cut after a transitional time in life and Lindsey was amazing. She listened to what I was thinking, gave my hair the love it needed, and gave me a perfect cut that will work with my daily routine and I won’t have to fight my hair in the morning. By far the best hair cut I have had in years.

I called to see if there were any openings for a kids cut. I was told we cannot give availability over the phone. “You will have to go online and make an appointment or walk in, “ And that’s fine. But I tried to ask if they were busy and the woman who answered talked over me every time I tried to ask if they were busy, and told me to go online. Seriously a little customer service would be nice. I just needed to know if they were busy so I didn’t take my 3yr old grandson out in the rain if I didn’t have to. A little Courtesy would have been nice. How about listening to someone instead of talking over them to answer a simple question. If this is how customers are treated over the phone I’d hate to see the customer service in the salon. Furthermore my grandsons aunt was going to take him in for me since I’m at work and when she called they made every excuse not to cut his hair. “ well if he moves we cannot cut it, if he cries we cannot cut it” what in the world???? He loves his hair cut.. I could have sworn this was a salon that cut hair. Not just 1 age group but all ages…

My son went to here to get the sides of his hair trimmed since he was growing it out and just needed it cleaned up. He showed the person who was to cut his hair an image of what he wanted which was to keep the length in the back and clean up the sides. He came home with fully shaved sides and back with a horrible cut on top. They were in tears when they got home because they had been growing out their hair for prom for months. He ended up shaving his head to get rid of this awful cut. Never going there again.

My son got haircut today at this location. The barber did poor job and made a cut on his ear. When it was requested to put anti septic on his ear, she denied and reacted with very rude behavior and did not apologize for her mistake. She threatened that she will call security. This is totally unacceptable behavior and attitude. This needs to be further investigated and addressed by management, otherwise we are taking legal action against the store owner and staff who did haircut.
