Gotta love online check-in! We checked in when there was a zero-minute wait and walked in to a full house and a 40-minute wait. We were called immediately. Natalie did a great job on my 4-year-old’s haircut. Will be visiting regularly.

They are having trouble staffing locations. They are just hiring anyone to fill shifts. I’ve gone to great clips for years. After 3 straight just awful cuts i can’t return. My hair is easy to cut, so if yours is more complex I’d certainly think twice. I might as well have sat in a military boot camp for a buzz cut. Haircut

Critical: QualityI don’t recommend going to this location unless you have zero options and you literally do not care about what your results will be.Do not plan on being listened to and do nothing count on the “stylist” being accurate at measuring “1 inch of hair off” because it will be at least 3 to 4 times that amount removed !!I took my son here and the first thing she says to him is “you don’t use conditioner do you” listen lady he is 15 years old and don’t be rude! Well my Valentines Day plans are RUINED! This ol lady butchered my finances hair so bad he looks like a pumpkin head. Literally top shorter than sides. Told her scissors/ texture top and butchered it. He looks HORRIBLE. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE CRYING OVER THIS…CLEARLY SHE NEEDS TO BE IN A BARBERSHOP NOT a salon as she doesn’t know anything outside of Army cuts…SMH

On top of paying for a hair cut it cost $8 to style hair. My hair was cut and when cut was finished the stylist didn’t comb my hair. the stylist informed me of what she did (usually I can see/tell what was done) she went to the register to complete the session. She didn’t even run a comb through my hair (is combing hair $8 cost of styling). I had to leave through the Meijer store when going. I left great clips and was walking through Meijer when someone made a comment about my hair cut and started laughing. I think this was my last time for a long time a give this store chain MY TIME AND MONEY. This chain needs regulations on how to work with clients and when a client leaves a store it’s a reflection on THAT STORE AND STORE CHAIN . THIS IS MY LAST EXPERIENCE and it’s A BAD REFLECTION ON THE STORE AND STORE CHAIN.
