Before Great Clips, I paid twice as much for a haircut and was frequently dissatisfied. The village Park store is my preferred store, but the other Carmel-area stores are good when they are busy. Twice, we parked in front of here to pick up pizzas from the neighboring Papa John’s. And both times, they took a single look at us and turned off their open sign, well before closing. You better believe we will never go here for haircuts because it has been made perfectly clear we are unwelcome!!
