Critical: PunctualityDecided to try their app so there would minimal wait time. Received the text stating “your up in about 15 min.”. I arrived to see on their screen I was #1 on the list. I was told it would be just a few minutes. Then I was surprised as I sat and watch them take two more customer before me. I received an average hair cut when they finely decided it was my turn. I called the customer service number to express my dissatisfaction as to the way the app was not being used. I received a call back the next day from a manager. The first thing she offered was excuses why I was skipped. Not that they were sorry and here is what we will do to make it up to you. My response was “why do you put a screen in front of me showing I’m next in que, if you’re going to skip me twice”. Do you think that makes me feel like a valued customer? She continued with excuses, so I hung up. I would not recommend them unless there are no other options. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSuper fast, very nice and professional! She got me in and out but I didn’t feel rushed at all and the cut is perfect! Thank you, to the sweet lady with Christmas nails! Happy holidays great clips!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityRed head lady was extremely rude and basically just drug me through the mud the entire time she was cutting my hair. She didn’t have enough bad things to say about my hair really awkward. Just wanted to get a trim not a speech on how terrible my hair is. Probably won’t come back as it was my first experience here.
