Rude! Walked in was asked after a bit is your name on line. Said, no. She says well going to be 60 to 80 min. One lady citting hair. The lady spoke with folding towels. I said, will sit and wait. Ended up being 15 min or so she then took back. I understand the people to make sure they come in but none of the online were there. Was quick cut trim for guy. Think she was frustrated we waited and really wanted us to leave. Cut hair in 5 min time. The whole way of her demeter and speaking was uncomfortable. Will try again maybe just a bad day! Taking that into consideration.

Masks are still REQUIRED in this VW location, so that’s annoying. Especially when it’s a 5 year old that keeps complaining of the amount of hair that continuously fell into his mask, they weren’t concerned nor is the company of this annoyance. Other than that, he got an average haircut
