All I wanted was a trim, i was left butcherd. The lady kept looking away while cutting my hair. She used like the whole bottle of spray water. Im never getting a haircut there again. This is not the first time. In fact ive gone to greatclips about 20 times in my 15 years and they have NEVER givin me the haircut or trim i expected they are a bunch of lazy slobs. If i could give a lower reveiw than 1, you bet i would.

You can’t make appointments or walk in. You can only check in on their app, and the time estimates are always way off. The quality of the cut is not great, either. They spray you with some water and snip what you tell them, then blow dry it if you say you want to be dried. Their prices are way too expensive for that level of service! I only go because I need a very simple haircut with some basic layers. I would NOT recommend them for any sort of styling or dye job. Just cut your own hair at home if you have the tools and the skill – you’ll get the same quality (or better!) for way less.

The experience was fine, but my hairdresser had not had the vaccine and didn’t know if she was going to. If I had known that in advance I would have asked if anyone there was fully vaccinated. Sad that I have spent 15 months in isolation to potentially be exposed to a variant. Next time I need a cut, I will call in advance and ask for a vaccinated hairdresser.

I went in wanting just trimmed even and left butchered , I will never get anything cut here again . It’s hard to find anybody who can cut /trim . The lady was in a rush and just started buzzing away had to go home and fix myself after paying somebody to do the job . For now on I will be trimming my own beard took me along time to grow my beard out and now I have to start all over . DO NOT Get beard trims at Great Clips
