Checked in online before heading over once I got there I gave the lady MY NAME she checked me in so I sat down and waited. Half hour later they still haven’t called my name the app told me 15 min wait. Finally I asked if my name was on the list and surprise surprise it wasn’t. What a waste of my time so I left they called me and said they entered the wrong account then told me I could come back in if I wanted… No I don’t want to come back in and PAY for a hair cut after already waiting and then finding out that even after checking in and giving my name it still wasn’t on the list.

All un even I saw that yesterday but she said when I wash my hair I’ll be able to style it…I tried half a day to do stuff and it’s just awful! I was a little upset after my sons dad took our son the day before and he came home without his sides even touched, honestly it looked awful. I took him back in and asked for them to please finish his sides and she went over his entire head again and made it perfect. Very satisfied with how he left after it was fixed!
