Critical: QualityI checked in online prior to coming into the store and I had a 30 minute wait then it shot up to 65 minutes and was told a man “forgot” to add 2 other people which is entirely not fair to others they should have waited after everyone else who checked in, then they didn’t even show up. I told the lady cutting my hair that I wanted a 1/2 inch trim but she cut it shorter and it looks like Edward Scissor hands cut my hair. The workers were nice, but the quality was awful. The ones in Columbus are WAY better. I do not recommend especially since I couldn’t even get a decent trim. I checked in online prior to coming into the store and I had a 30 minute wait then it shot up to 65 minutes and was told a man “forgot” to add 2 other people which is entirely not fair to others they should have waited after everyone else who checked in, then they didn’t even show up. I didn’t want to just go anywhere. I tried earlier this summer and was over charged for basically the stylist to do nothing to my hair. I decided to try elsewhere.I’m So glad I did. Maddie E of Great Clips took the time to know what I wanted and asked questions along the way. I got the Exact haircut I wanted and I’ve made my decision already that from here on I will be going to her for my hair. The price was perfect, so much so that I was shocked to be honest. The shop was clean, I had zero wait at the time of my arrival. I like the online check in feature they have, though it was unavailable today when I went in. All of the staff were professional in appearance and attitude. The best experience I’ve had in a very long time.
