I have long hair and went in for a trim. I left happy, my hair looks healthy and even, just what I’d asked and hoped for. Alicia was fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly. She used a product on my hair with my permission, and told me about the benefits of it from her own personal experience. She was not pushy, she only gave my haircut, a free sample, and information. I don’t usually buy products from salons, but the way she presented herself and the product was great (plus, there was a sale, lol). Thanks Alicia and thanks Great Clips! I’ll definitely be returning and requesting this stylist:)

In past they did good cutting my hair. I went 7/16/22 for cut in a medium sling. Was very specific that I wanted it to be where I still could pull into ponytail and absolutely NO layers! My hair is so short now, to where I can’t pull back at all, its not even and there are layers. Hair is barely at a angle and just below my jaw bone. I cried, am so mad and disappointed. I should have listened to two other of my friends who experienced bad cuts in past. I’ve had disappointing cuts before but this is tied with only one other… with hers for the worst. I doubt I’ll ever go back..and I surely won’t recommend. They didn’t charge me but that doesn’t help it grow. My hairs baby fine, thinning and I was trying to get away from using heat as mush as possible. Now with this…I’ll have to use styling tools before I go anywhere to get out the kinks and stuff from sleeping and I surely can’t pull back and go. My hair grows slow and I’m just so upset.

My girlfriend has had her hair cut here a couple of times with ok results. But this last time she had an awesome woman cut her hair (and made a new friend) and she tipped her pretty well. Then my girlfriend got a call later on that one of the other hairdressers got her tip. So if ya go tip in cash or keep your receipt.

I did the online check in. You cannot check in until 5 minutes after they open. They were very busy, there were 6 people waiting to get haircuts at 9:15. The woman who cut my hair did an excellent job
