My stylist is the best! Never walk out of there regretting anything. Not happy about the prices that keep going up and up. Use to get haircut for $6 & that included a wash. $18 is ridiculous for men with short hair. I’m in the chair for 10 minutes that’s a $1.80 a minute or $180 an hour, just crazy. I use no product, I take up space for 10 min and don’t cost you a thing.

On line check in is a joke!! First issue, checked in on line got there waited 40 minutes only to have a walk in taken before me that showed up 20 minutes after me. 2nd issue tonight i checked in at 345 with a estimated 35 min wait, at 420 got a text saying up in 15 at 515 i fimally walked out again! I quit going to the great clips on Tuttle Rd because they don’t honor online check in. You can check in online but they call people in whatever order they want even if the app states you are nexr. They keep their monitor off so you can’t see who is really next. After severAl complaints to corporate they still run the store anyway they want. I now try to avoid all great clips but sometimes go to derr rd of I’m in a hurry. They honor online check in. Avoid tuttle rd at all costs. Horrible.
