To be fair my hair can be difficult to cut, it is super fine and has a mind of its own. I mentioned this and I also mentioned I am taking an anniversary trip with my wife this weekend. At the end I had to have her touch up several spots she missed. Finally they kept reassuring me it looked fine. I typically have very low expectations, and I don’t typically give my hair much thought. I woke up the next morning and went to work. Several people asked what happened to my hair. I looked in a mirror and really inspected it, I had tufts of hair that hadn’t even been trimmed, all over. It was like she had missed spots. I ruffled up my hair and then more spots stood up that had been missed. Yeah, I called a local place, Final Cut Inc. Twenty minutes in and he fixed it, addressed every issue, and made it look one hundred times better than any cut I’ve received here. I guess I should have known better, but today I learned why people go to barbershops. Its like comparing a Corolla to a Ferrari, it isn’t even close. And it ended up costing me about the same. So yeah, that’s my experience, take it for what it is worth. I know I wont be back.

I was debating on making this review but after my daughter keeps telling me the things her stylist said to her, she’s 6, and just the over all experience I had to share. We were treated like total trash. They laughed at us and when I asked if the could do this or fix this they acted like they did I watched a lady ask my daughter’s stylist if she even cut more like I asked and she laughed and said just a tiny bit of the front so I didn’t see the back wasn’t cut. We ended up going to another salon right after to fix their mistakes. I had one long piece that wasn’t cut and my other daughter I don’t even know what they did but it was just choppy and a mess. I’ve never experienced high school bullying since I left high school. But I did here. I was so embarrassed. And upset.

Well your regular sit down prices were already creeping up into the, too high, category but i still came. But any more, I’m tired of paying $25 for a hair cut and tip. If you all didnt rake all the money from the barber’s then you wouldnt have to charge so much and just let us pay the barber. But nah, youre all greed monsters wanting your share for doing nothing but leaving a small work space for your over worked hair dressers and barbers. Feel bad for them at times because i cant tip them what I want to anymore because Great Clips charges almost $20 a hair cut! Where do you all justify that!? Thanks a bunch though Great Clips! Thanks to you, I bought my own clippers and do my hair at home now. Should have done that years ago. See ya

I tried to use this business. I work until after 6pm every day, so trying to get in before they close at 7pm is very difficult. I did the online checkin tonight at 6:34 and it showed a 32 min wait. I absolutely screamed out of my work rushing to get there. I arrived about 6:12. 6:32 I am still sitting here, with at least 4 other people in line behind me. After finishing a customer, an available hairstylist decided to just chat it up with the cashier/cleanup girl for over 6 minutes. I stared them down the entire time but I was ignored. At 6:40, I got up and told them I couldn’t wait any longer and stormed out. I will never use nor recommend this particular location ever again.
