Bad service, terribly rushed haircut, and did not even bother to listen to what I specifically asked for pertaining to what I wanted my haircut to be. No sense of personal space or regards to cleanliness. The hair stylist that cut my hair, before doing so, stuck her finger into her mouth to pick at something and immediately put that same hand onto my head without washing or cleaning said hand. My haircut was done September 4 around 12:20 – 12:40. Extremely rough treatment when getting the haircut and overall terrible. When asked to “slouch” in my seat, I questioned what the stylist meant and instead of saying to “sink” in my seat, she proceeded to stick the bottom palm of her hand and forcefully push down on my right shoulder, implying what she wanted me to do with no words. When using the clippers, she was rough and gave me no verbal requests but instead just forcefully moved my head in whatever way she pleased. My skin was also very inflamed after the cut was complete and there was no effort on cleaning up my neck with a hair dryer like I normally receive at any other Great Clip service. When asked how much I wanted off the top, I replied with “half an inch” which completely was disregarded and my hair appears to be cut with a one all around. I also asked for my hair to be faded from a 2 to a 1, which was also clearly ignored and was cut with one size all around. This review pertains to one individual that has cut my hair, but is enough for me to never come back to this place and warn others to do so as well. I never write reviews but this service was so poor that I chose to write one up.

Went in for a haircut, was a half hour wait no problem I browsed the store next door. I came back they were ready for me. I got a nice girl that talked to me about what I wanted. She then proceeded to cut my hair DRY. I thought ok never happened before Ill give it a chance. Well when I got home seen why hair is not cut DRY. Seemed the older lady is the one I wish I would of gotten maybe not a hair cut I have to go somewhere else to get fixed. I gave 3 stars because she was very nice even though trying to train the girl next to her and be called a Jerk. Wont be going back

I have gone twice to get a haircut both times There was a sale at another store So I called and asked If this store was having a sale also they promptly told me YES and then they charged me full price at checkout and said there was no sale. I just went recently when you had the $8.99 sale and they didn’t honour that either! I had saved it on my phone I went home and looked on line and there it was still on sale !…I’ve tried but I Think it’s time to find another place to get a haircut
