Attempted to go here to get a close cut so I could donate my hair (third time to my organization). Stylist was incredibly rude and used phrases like “I don’t care” and “not my problem” before ultimately telling me she would “not put that many rubberbands in your hair” and so she denied me the service I went there to get … a haircut. Very sad as I’ve actually been to this business before for the same thing prior to their relocation down the street and did not have a problem. Never had someone react so viscerally and inappropriately to a donation process. Touched base with a manager and nothing happened other than an apology that seemed more like a “please just go away.”

Got denied 30 mins before closing time when the online wait time was only 15 mins but they shut down online check in so I couldn’t sign in. All I needed was a bang trim. I asked for the name of the person who denied service and she replied “Just tell them it was the manager” very rude and won’t be back

I went in, checked in online. 0 minute wait, still had to wait no big deal. I’m a very clearly trans man.I even have a beard, and wore my pronoun pin in today. I went in and had my hair cut by Teresa, and she was very rough with me. Pulled down the collar of my shirt,sprayed my in my left eye with her spray bottle of water. And then when checking out my hair cut I noticed that she had cut a spot on my hairline too short. It was very uneven. I hope that you guys can find some better help, and be a little more accepting of people different than you. It’s 2022.

I would give this location zero stars if possible. I had a horrible experience today at the Beavercreek Ohio location across from the mall on N Fairfield rd. Theresa was the stylist. From the moment I walked in I wasn’t greeted. I was asked if I had checked in online and I said no I can go ahead and do that. I typically go to the Great clips in Xenia. I told the stylist I wanted to have my hair washed and get my dead ends and layers trimmed. She immediately was upset that she had to wash my hair and said that if they were busier that she wouldn’t be doing it. I told her I have always had my hair washed before getting a cut. She did not put a cape over me and had me sit down and then get up again as something was wrong with the chair with the sink. She fixed the chair and had me lean back. When she was done washing my hair the sink hose started shooting up in the air and she was laughing. I was completely drenched head to toe. She didn’t apologize kept laughing while the other hair stylist asked what was going on. She then said she dropped a bottle of shampoo and it must have turned on the sink hose. She said “sorry it’s not my fault, I can’t control it” and handed me a hand towel. I feel like based on her reaction she did on purpose because she should have reacted shocked and apologized. I got up and walked over to where I was going to get my haircut and I was soaked. I was livid and felt that the other stylist should have asked if she could have taken over. Teresa brought over a couple hand towels for me to try and dry myself off. I was so embarrassed and mad, but was meeting a friend after so I couldn’t just leave. She quickly somewhat trimmed my hair and I had her style it. I had to go and meet my friends with wet clothes. I have never experienced something like this and feel I should not have had to pay at all. As a matter of fact I feel that I was assaulted with the water on purpose because I asked her to wash my hair. I was terrified she was going to ruin my hair.

If I wanted an uneven haircut, I could save my money and do it myself. I was able to fix it at home, but thanks for making me look goofy at work. My bangs were very uneven and bangs are the easiest thing on the planet to get right.
