We were a walk in because my almost 3 year old son wanted a haircut just like Daddy. We hardly had to wait, the staff was AMAZING and was so friendly and engaging with my kids. Alicia was the best with my son and made sure he liked it, talked with him, was patient, and overall made it a super fun experience!

The staff was phenomenal. Friendly & courteous, even when understaffed & busy as all get out. Patient & attentive, and knowledgeable about different hair types, styles & products. You can’t find a better place to go if you want to be well taken care of & come out looking your best. I’ve been to a lot of great clips before, but this location rocks. I trust my hair with all of them. Highly recommended.

Staff was very slow, carrying on loud personal conversations. Made me feel kinda awkward. Requested an Undercut but the woman cutting my hair felt the need to explain what my hair cut even though my record shows I’ve gotten that several times before. She felt the need to stop SEVERAL times during the haircut to tell me her life story and about her divorce. I was on a lunch break and don’t have time to sit and listen. Talk and work at the same time. She would stop and talk to the other workers who were all just wandering around and sitting and chatting. The cut looks horrible. No blending at all from the side burns being removed, the next looks fine but I had to tell her literally to even slick it back because that’s how an undercut is supposed to look… even though she felt the need to tell me how it looks. Won’t return here

I was not pleased with the way the stylist cut my daughter’s hair. Her hair was not cut even and I had to ask the stylist to fix it. It still wasn’t great when we left. Also, is it a new thing that a stylist not wet their clients hair prior to cutting it? She didn’t spray my daughter’s hair with water or anything. We will not go back.

Checked in online, said 35 min wait. I waited 20 mins and walked in they checked me in. I asked about how much longer and was told 15-20 mins. I had to wait outside due to the wait area being full (the reason I checked in online). After waiting outside for another 30 mins (I’ve been there an hour now) still nothing. Very dissatisfied, there’s online check in with an estimated wait time then they should abide by the wait time. If the estimated wait time is 35 mins and I waited 20 mins to walk in after online check in why do I have to wait another 35 mins….
