Critical: ProfessionalismI took my 16 year old son for a haircut the day before school started. The stylist was rude right off the bat. She called my son’s first name but he signed in under his last name so he was a little confused. She said “if I call your name you need to come up. I don’t have time for all that“. To say the least I was a little perturbed but I understand that salons have been extremely busy. Then she asked him how he wanted his hair cut and he said to trim the top, sides and back. She said very rudely “with scissors, blade or clippers?“ I looked at her and said SCISSORS. Then sat down before I went Karen on her. She ignored him almost the whole time because she was busy talking to other employees and customers. I will never come back here! I cannot believe they treat people like that and still get business. I took my 16 year old son for a haircut the day before school started. The stylist was rude right off the bat. She called my son’s first name but he signed in under his last name so he was a little confused. She said “if I call your name you need to come up. I don’t have time for all that“. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in to get my haircut and the stylist Jasmine was variant unprofessional rude and uncourteous put me in the lineup to get my haircut and walk to the back of the store to play on her phone I was the only other customer besides the person getting their haircut in the store I asked my really had to wait for the other people to come in and get their haircut that was not there from Internet lineup she got upset and told me I did not have to be rude and I explained to her nobody was being rude and she continued to keep on and said I threatened to hit her and if I did that she would lay me out.
