Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was a walk-in. Had an hour to wait. Went back and Kristi was my stylist. My hair a real challenge, long,curly and frizzy fuzz. I could not really explain how I wanted it. She cut it shoulder length and it was not what I wanted. I had to leave she was very professional in telling me to come back. I did later that afternoon and showed her a pictureThen she knew how I wanted it She was patient and so kind. Once she knew how I wanted it she was very confidentI felt bad taking up her time but she was focused on pleading me. If more people know that Great Clips has stylists like Kristi there would be no hesitation going there. Kristi did a great job and I really appreciate her professionalism and dedication to the job. I was a walk-in. Had an hour to wait. Went back and Kristi was my stylist. My hair a real challenge, long,curly and frizzy fuzz. I could not really explain how I wanted it. Critical: QualityMy daughter went in for a hair cut. The stylist was Vonny cut her hair and oh yeah she sure cut it. She chopped it up. She cut several more inches off then she asked and It was not even, she thinned it without asking. There are chunks missing throughout her hair. She did layers and they were very choppy. I called the store and Vonny answered. I told her what happened and said I wanted to speak to the manager. She did not apologize and got the manager. The manager was wonderful she apologized and gave her a refund but she did not get her tip back and she cannot get her hair back.Service: HairstylingMy daughter went in for a hair cut.
