I hey my haircut there regularly. I only go see Kristi she makes my hair look just the way I like. The other part I really appreciate is she never makes me feel rushed. Every other person that works there rushes and my hair always looks like they rushed. Went to get a man’s hair cut. Here is why I hate getting a hair cut. Got home and took a look at my head. Won’t go back!!! I could have done better myself. I have hair around my ears that should have been cut, but no . I have a bunch still needing cut. I’ll do myself. If you value your hair cut the cost and the tip go else where. I was going to return and show the manager a real lack of concern from whom ever she was that j.o.b.ed my head. But I don’t need to lower my self as they do by call this place “great ” clips. There is nothing great except my great mistake for going back. You won’t get my money again. I p.o.ed to say the least. Have some pride in your work for heavens sake. The person who claimed to be a stylist is old enough to have higher standard. I asked what one of the promotion signs meaning was. Didn’t know? Not surprised! Manager you need to take charge. To many negative reviews.

Very unhappy with my experience at this location. I asked for trim, wanted 2 or 3 inches off, close to my shoulders. But after she started to cut my hair it was too late, she started cut off way too much. Like 5 inches off, now above my shoulders. Ugh! I just hope it grows back quickly. The staff were friendly, I give them that, but I will not go there again. I didn’t see them sanitize the chair or anything in between clients either, which I don’t care for.
