I went with my daughter to get her haircut and the lady cut it soo short that there’s no fixing it and she just kept cutting it shorter and shorter trying to fix it but made it worse, my daughter wanted to cry I feel so bad for her so I took her to another place that made it look so cute for as short as it is, I will never take my daughter back

I had an “online check in” appt for 2 hours prior to my visit for my sister to get a formal style for her prom! We arrive 15 minutes early and tell them we’re here for a formal where i was reminded that it was 60 dollars as if i couldnt read the price board. Then sit for another 20 when they’re ready just to say “let me check if anyone can do a formal”.. why offer a formal style for 60 bucks none the less if not a single person in your salon can do one. The girl Jenna(nothing personal I just didn’t know the other stylists) and the other girls thought it was funny because nobody ask for a formal and I understand why now! “I took a class on them once but was never good at them. “The girls themselves said nothing they could do would be the worth 60 bucks the company charges for one.
