I went to get side bangs cut in my hair. I told the girl multiple time I didn’t want normal forehead bangs. I even touched my face to show her how long I wanted them to go, once again said it multiple times( I touched my cheek). She then proceeded to cut normal forehead bangs. She cut them to my eyebrows. Wayyy shorter than I wanted. I wanted side bangs so they would be out of my face while I worked. But she just ended up doing what she wanted and not what I wanted. Very disappointed

Never and I mean never go here unless you want a messed up haircut, have messed my haircut up not once but 3 times,even tried having them fix the messed up cut they gave me, emailed corporate and they offered me a gift card, told them to keep it, lesson learned ! Haircut

If your a male it seems to be okay. If you’re a woman, unless you want to look like a GI Jane, I’d skip off to a real hair salon. On the plus side, I can’t go out but at least I’ll save $$$ on haircuts for the next year waiting on it to grow out and I did always wonder what I’d look like with a burr haircut where you can see my scalp. Keep driving.
