Living up to its name, I’ve gotten two great haircuts from this location. They have friendly and happy stylists, upfront prices on services and products. Online check ins or walk ins work. My wait time as a walk in was less than 5 minutes on both occasions.

For the most part, it was a good experience. The woman who greeted us was nice enough, but I got annoyed after waiting 30 minutes and seeing people that just came in go ahead of us just because we didn’t check in online. I realize that gets you in faster but only by so much, and makes it rude to others who didn’t use the app. So my daughter finally gets called back, it goes well enough until she comes back to the lobby and her hair is still wet. I didn’t think we had to specify that when we get a shampoo and cut that yes, we would like our hair dried too? When my name was called, I asked the woman who was doing my hair if that was normal and she said no, it’s not. Then quickly went out and got my daughter and put her under a dryer while doing my hair as well. When she finished mine, she finished drying my daughter’s and even styled it for her. She went out of her way when she didn’t have to. Thank you so much, Miss Mandy! I hope she stays at this location, because she’ll be the only one to touch mine and my daughter’s hair.

If they could stagger their breaks so that 6 of them were not chatting in the back while there is a 50+minute wait. While only 2 are cutting hair. It would be a better business practice. We use to drive 20+ minutes just to come here but this is the 3rd time it’s been like this so I think we will be moving elsewhere. Also, all 3 of my boys were unsatisfied with their cuts but the stylists were too busy chatting it up to pay attention or care.
