Took my kid here to get a taper/fade on the SIDES of his head. Latonya ended up giving him the worst haircut he’s ever had. Cut off long, curly hair on the top of his head that he loved. He later told me that he tried to text me to come back to the chair, but she kept telling him to put his hand back under the cape. I shouldn’t have even paid for this cut it was so far off from what he’d asked for. Listen to your customers.

They should get zero stars went in to get a fade and leave the top alone whaat they do when they went to do the fade line on the sides she went to far up and got the bangs on the front and when she was finished she asked for a quality check which the manger fixed the line but I said what about my bangs and manger looked at me and said it’s because my hair naturally grows that way I so no it doesn’t the lady who asked for a quality check went to high and cut the bangs on front side didn’t get a sorry or anything still paid which I shouldn’t had to so paid and went home and buzzed cut my head because of there mistake seriously just don’t even bother going here I’ll never go to a great clips again if I was the owners I would be disappointed with my employees and get rid of everyone all there doing is messing everyone’s hair up

So the older gentlemen who I believe is the manager, gave me the worst hair cut I have ever received. He could not stand to do my hair for more than 2 minutes at a time before he had to run around and spread gossip and complain openly about the place rather than give me my hair cut. He was extremely nonchalant, didn’t acknowledge me and was being rude about moving my head each time he need to, with out speaking to me, I guess was supposed to know. The only part of hair cutting he can do is buzz his own head, he couldn’t even get the line on each side of my head even. Behind my ears was not cut down to my head, the left and right sides of my head were at different lengths. When using the trimmers he had no concern for my hairlines or the lengths/spots he missed. I guess since the top of my hair would cover it a little it doesn’t matter to keep it neat right? With the scissors he didn’t follow any bit of shape around my head it seems to be randomly shortened and un even all through out. Such a wonder why he was complaining about how slow that store was and why they couldn’t keep any employees. Completely unprofessional and seemingly careless about his job and quality.

They are just the best people! I take my mother-in-law to get her hair trimmed, and this week, because of stitches, to get her washed a couple times. She has Alzheimer’s, and they just treat her so nice! Mom enjoys going there, and she always feels so special when she leaves. And she looks great, too! Our whole family goes there! Their hairdressers are wonderful people, and very good at what they do!!
