I went in for a wash and a blow out, the lady demanded that I had long hair and was trying to charge me 47 dollars for a blowout with my very obvious short hair. I was with my friend and we could tell that she just didn’t want to do her job, and told us a high price to turn us away. It also didn’t help that she was extremely rude. She offered to finger dry it for 7 dollars, but that’s Insane so your telling me that you’re going to charge me 40 more dollars to use a brush on my head. Absolutely insane.!!!!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a haircut. Asked for a low fade. The lady did not fade my hair evenly. I asked to have the other lady come look at my hair to make sure I wasn’t seeing something or it wasn’t from just the lighting. As soon as the lady walked over, my stylist got an attitude and stepped away. The lady said it wasn’t bad minus one spot. My stylist started rushing thru trimming the spot. Clearly you could tell she wasn’t happy. She was very short with me till I left. I even said thank you when she handed me my receipt and she didn’t respond. I wasn’t rude at all. I tried to joke with her a little while I was getting my haircut. I even apologized when I asked for the other lady to look at my hair. I could tell something was said about me after I walked out because once I got into my truck I could see the other customers staring at me.
