some of the stylists are lazy and are rude. I got denied for a wash bc one stylists said she doesn’t wash hair.. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager she’s never there.. poor customer service.. it’s very dirty they don’t clean up the salon.. did I been in there a couple times and seen one stylist actually trying and doing her job correctly I think her name is Brianna. If I go back there again I only let her touch my hair.

I will never go back to that place, they rushed you, they did my son and my haircut. I do better job with the $15 hair trimmer bought at Walmart. For zero hair they left lots of hair here and there. At the end they almost demand tips. Even my daughter who was holding my son said tips shouldn’t be asked this way.Don’t go there. Haircut

Went there after walking out of evendale great clip’s because of a smart mouth and got the cut i wanted from a sweet kind caring woman named Yolanda, she was gentle and cut my hair the way i like it, two thumb’s way up, i would just hope she is still there when i need another cut but it’s the luck of the draw, will continue to go to this shop, a good cutter is hard to come by and when you get a good one you don’t want too lose them, keep up the great clip’s. I moved recently and, one morning, I needed a haircut, so I went to this location, which is the closest to me, according to the app. I have been getting haircuts for over 40 years and been going to Great Clips for about 12 years. This was the strangest (not in a good way) haircut I’ve ever gotten. As I was being led to a chair, the stylist that was going to work on me pointed towards my hair and said: “WHAT’S THAT!!!” Feeling a little surprised, I told her it was a little bit of hairspray, which I always use and which, every other barber or stylist has always dealt with by getting out a squirt bottle and softening my hair. Well, this lady ran her fingers through my hair and announced that, luckily, there was only a little bit of spray in it and she would be able to work on it (never had I seen any barber/stylist do that, but OK, I thought, I’ll let her do her thing). This person made some bizarre remarks while I was there, but I’ll just get on to the actual haircut, she left the sides of my hair (sideburns and the parts above my ears on both sides) chopped an uneven. She then put the scissors flush against my left eyebrow and cut no more than 1/8 of an inch off the front part of my hair (why so much precision there when she had just butchered the sides?). Never in my life have I seen that done and, trust me, having a pair of scissors pressed against your eyebrow doesn’t feel good. She was then going to do something to the front right side of my hair and somehow scraped my face with the comb (and came uncomfortably close to my right eye). At that point, I said it was good enough. She still wanted to keep doing something but I ran my hand through my hair and told her it was fine the way it was. Honestly, if I hadn’t seen that this lady had a place at the shop I wouldn’t believe that she has a license to cut hair. I paid and got out of there as fast as possible as I was done having this lady waving pointy objects close to my face.

We went from a 5 minute wait online to a 45 minute wait in store. I didn’t have time for my haircut because I was attempting to plan ahead for my break by scheduling online. So only my husband got his I was late to work and got written up because there was no urgency or care for any of the costumers waiting. They took there time talking and making jokes. Then when I went to pay at the front desk and made my transaction she loudly blurted out “Do you not have the money to tip.” I will be pulling a Karen and reporting her to the manager I don’t suggest this location.

The person who did my hair seemed like she’s was still in training, because she needed help from the other hair dressers, but other then that, super fast and easy, this is probably the least busy great clips location, and that made it easy to get in and get out
