Very unhappy with my son’s cut. He wanted an inch to an inch in a half on top then a soft fade. They cut it way too short no soft fade. I do this cut at home, it is not that hard! We even had photos! A couple experienced stylists the rest give cuts like a 5yr old on their barbie. They are more interested in talking with their friends then listening to the client. Very unhappy.

Husband went in to get a hair cut at 1:20 and waited an hour an a half because there were people that checked in on line that wasn’t even there took priority over someone who walked in. If you’re a walk in base hair salon then why make someone wait an hour and a half when no one else was in the building waiting? Don’t think he nor I will be back.
