Worst haircut I’ve ever got at Great Clips in Hillsboro chopped up on the side on even had good haircuts there before but this was the worst if I could take pictures I would I don’t know what they learnd at hair cutting School but it sure wasn’t what they should have learned one lousy job will not go back to this place will not say anything good to anybody about it going there need to get good people that know how to cut hair this is not it

I believe it was Emily that cut my hair. Shortish girl with a tattoo on her arm. I told her I wanted a lot of layers and texture. She said it was fine and doable, we even talked about how my hair might not line up completely like we wanted but that it will still looks good.

Sent two boys there for haircuts. Did the online sign in. It said 28 minutes, which I understand can be a little more or less. First son taken when suppose to, paid for him and his brother, who had not gotten haircut yet. One hour later other brother still waiting for cut! My oldest son had taken them up. I had to call salon twice before they finally took him. They could not seem to understand the problem? Will not go there anymore.

I absolutely wouldn’t give this ANY stars but it makes you we checked in online. Got the text that it would be 15 minutes until we were up and even confirmed with the employee that it would be about that time. We got to the salon and one employee finished up with her customer and took off to the back. Another employee showed her face and she took off to the back also. After 30 minutes goes by I asked the employee left out to do business herself if the other 2 ladies were coming back on the floor or if they just decided they didn’t want to work anymore and she said “I guess they don’t want to work”. We waited a little while longer and ended up just walking out because obviously the rest of the employees didn’t want to do their job they wanted to sit in the back and talk to each other.
