I have been a Great Clips customer for over twenty years. I have had at least four stylists thru the years. Sierra is the best! She always makes me feel welcome. She takes time to make sure my haircut meets my expectations. Always asks if there is anything that she could do to make my experience better. I really appreciate Sierra. She was so knowledgeable and taught me how to mix products in ways I’d never tried. They always push you to sign in online. I signed in when I was 2 minutes away and it said there were 0 people in front of me and a 0 min wait. I showed up 2 minutes later and they were seating 3 people. I waited 30 minutes while I watched one of the stylists finish on haircut then help a walk-in for 10 minutes decide on a product. No one said anything to me. I had to leave after 30 minutes to make a meeting. What a waste of time.

Not sure what’s going on. But the young woman who cut my hair, did a bad job. I didn’t say anything. I even tipped her. Times are tough to get help these days. It was so bad. My dog growled at me the next morning. Lol he didn’t know who I was. Its fine… its hair…. it will grow back. But, yikes. Looks like I’ll be paying 50$ over at sheer Genius across the street. Until they get more experienced employees.
