Went in after checking in online with a “11 minute” wait time. 1 hairdresser became rude while confirming my check in afterI arrived and everything seemed OK. Then another hard dresser came up and proceeded to check me in again as a walk in? I sat there for half an hour while 4 other customers came in and proceed to get hair cuts, best part was they’re walk ins not online check ins. Proceeded to wait another 15 minute before leaving and going to Sports Clips. Don’t waste your time here and just go somewhere else.

I have never left a negative review about a business anywhere before, but I feel like I need too now. I found the person who cut my hair to be extremely rude. She would not give me the style I asked for and proceeded to give me the hair cut she “thought” I should have. She did a very poor job, leaving a lot of curls in the back she should have cut away. Everyone else got decent service and the staff was much friendlier to everyone else seated besides me. In fact, the woman who gave me my cut, treated the request like it was ridiculous, despite the fact that I get it at Sports clips all the time. I really feel that racism must have been a factor, because Many African Americans like me get similar haircuts to what I was asking for. She also almost refused to use my coupon until I asked her to use it a second time. I decided not to leave a tip. This is the second time that I’ve been to this location. The first was about a year ago and I was dissatisfied with my haircut then, but didn’t think much of it. Now that it happened again today, combined with the fact that the service was so rude, I can say that this chain will not be getting any of my money again anytime soon. I really feel that whoever gave me my haircut was lazy and did not want to cut nonwhite hair, despite having explained it in elaborate detail. I came in today at 6:04 and If anyone from the company wants any further proof that this happened at this West Chester location, I will be glad to give you more information along with my receipt.
