Great atmosphere, love coming here to eat. The foods as good as what you bring. The only down side is that I occasionally find stray hairs in my food, and the employees hassle me to leave if i take more than a few hours to finish my meal. So i gotta dock a few stars for that.

I went in for a haircut, the foreign lady was rude!! She couldn’t spell my name, and got impatient with me! So as I’m sitting there waiting the other stylist kept staring at me, SHE NEVER SMILED, NEVER GREETED ME! JUST KEPT LOOKING AT ME WITH THIS UNWELCOMING LOOK! Then another gentleman walks in, and she smiles and greats him!!! I felt like it was because of my race! I just left, and will never go back!! This place needs coaching and better customer service!

YIKES don’t go here. This was the rudest great clips I’ve ever been. Honestly, I won’t be back to great clips ever after this experience. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude and I really needed to use the bathroom because I have Crohn’s disease but she was being rude about not understanding that a boy was named Skyler. Then I go to get my hair cut by the rudest person who’s ever cut my hair. She had a HUGE ATTITUDE. I asked for an inch off and she cut an inch off my longest piece of hair (.2 seconds) and was like okay your done. She was being mean while explaining that she wouldn’t cut any of the other hair because it wasn’t even. At that point I just wanted to leave because I was having a panic attack and almost crying but she said I would still have to pay the $14 for the inch cut off of one piece of hair. Before the cut she didn’t even like split my hair down the middle or anything. I left shaking because of my experience. I’ll be writing an email to great clips about this specific person.

Once you enter in the store they check your temperature and you have to buy a mask for $1 if you don’t have it. The only problem the lady who check me temp and give me the mask was not wearing any gloves. She should wear the gloves before touching the mask.

Just showed up to this location at 3:55 and asked if they were still taking in walk in as the open sign was lit up and the hours posted says until 4pm the store had at least 4 stylist. Very poor customer service to tell me I should book an appointment, my reply was you should remove walk ins. Thank you for refusing me even though I was quite polite, will not return to this location
