Half of the workers aren’t qualified to be near hair. I asked for them to keep my side burns and they cut them off, I asked them to take a quarter inch off the top and they take a whole inch off. Every bad haircut I’ve ever had has come from great clips, and not just this one. I just asked for a trim because I couldn’t have my real haircut at the actual good place I go to. These people can’t even do a simply haircut. NO ONE WHO WORKS HERE CARES ABOUT YOUR HAIR!

Was just there for my sons haircut. The last time he was there the person who cut his hair was supposed to leave notes on how she cut it. This time I don’t think any effort was made. She only had him in her chair for about 10 mins if that and didn’t trim his hair over his ears so I sent him back and she shaved it too much. Now he’s crying because all he can focus on is how she made him too bald behind his ear. Luckily I got this haircut with a coupon but we won’t be back.
