Well, I get to finish up 2022 with a ridiculous haircut. I asked for a little off the top, a little off the side nothing off the back the girl took 3 inches off the back 2 inches off the sides and barely touched the top. It looked so bad I had to go back in and let the girl who knows how to cut hair fix it the best that she could. She also tore up the back of my neck with her dull shears. It’s a shame because the other two girls there always get my hair right. I wish I would’ve just waited for one of them..

My son has had multiple haircuts and has never had the experience he had today. The stylist said the clippers were “pinching” him when in reality she gave him a nasty razor burn all over the back of his neck. She didn’t even apologize but just blamed the clippers. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

After Covid happened this place went from amazing and affordable too over priced with lower quality. Hair wasn’t cut evenly some parts for longer than others staff was rude acting as if they were in a hurry wanting to get me out of there not listening to anything I’m saying while chatting to pass the time and when trying to give them the cash tip they walked away before I can even give it to them. Needless to say I will never be back. I’ve been cutting it myself during the lockdowns and I will continue to do so.

Took my 4 year old for hair cut, it was her birthday too but I never in my life I have seen so much rudeness and attitude towards a kid. I was assisting as I could holding her head so she doesn’t move. She was very excited as all kids are on their birthday. Hair dresser was fussing all the time, I don’t expect anyone to be super nice but at least patient when working with kids
