I see a few 1and2⭐stars for this shop. They are usually there for free haircut. They are already pretty reasonably priced but I think you have a few that just want something free you can never make them happy.My haircut in my picture says it all!They are very friendly and helpful! Even though the place was packed they were still calm and smiling. I’ve been going there for years now and they’ve always cut my hair the way I want it!! Samantha cuts my hair and I love her! She has a great job!!

They do a good job if you can manage to figure out their hours. I have been trying to go to this location for a week and a half now and cannot seem to figure out when they are open or closed. Very odd hours and not convenient for anyone simply wanting to drop in. Closed on the busiest days of the week and at random hours like 2pm or 4pm. Not worth my time if what I am looking for is convenience in location. Go to Mason Montgomery or Sharonville.

Whitney chopped my hair up. It looks horrible. I told her exactly how I wanted it cut and trusted her to cut it right but she the left side way longer than the right side. She even noticed herself that she had left the left side longer so she even tried to cut it again but when I got home it was noticeably uneven and looks horrible. Some parts on my right side are just angled the wrong way. I Don’t even trust anyone there to go back and have them try to fix it because I’m afraid they’ll just cut it shorter and just make it look worse. I’ll never go back there again!

Check in ahead of time online with a zero minute wait. Show up and there’s one ahead of me, no big deal. After half an hour and two stylists disappearing out back to smoke I left.
