Unprofessional and rude towards kids. Couldn’t tolerate 5 year old pushed and roughly handled because he moved his head. That is what kids do, if you can’t be patient with kids you need a no kids policy. I ended up getting into argument and changed stylist in between the hair cut. Everyone can have a bad day, but showing it on kids? Have been going here for years but such behavior even once ruins it all. Not going back again.

Horrible experience, had to go in here last minutes because my regular barber had to cancel on me due to an illness. Just called in to let them know that their lady butchered my hair and then told me “it would look fine when it drys off”. So I am now two states away as I had a flight yesterday and when I called in to let them know that they had made an error (possibly saving other men from saving the same horrible haircut I am currently rocking) I got a bunch of attitude over the phone and they hung up on me. Truly classless individuals, never go here if you have the choice of any other store. My hair is completely different lengths on each side and the hairdresser attempted to blame it on me while on the phone. Unprofessional, v exited to see what corporate will have to say about it 🙂

They do a perfectly fine job on my hair. Although I’m not picky at all. I am going to give a $20 tip the first stylist that tells me that I don’t have enough hair to cut. They normally charge about $14 but you can always find a coupon to take it down to $8.
