We checked in online and it said a 13 minute wait. We arrived with 1 minute remaining. My son still had 3 people ahead of him . We waited 25 additional minutes. They had 4 stylists when we arrived and they went down to 2 stylists with 9 people in line. I asked if they had a restroom to use while we waited, I had 2 toddlers with me, they do not have a restroom for customers to use and the staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when letting me know that my potty training toddler and son couldn’t use the restroom while we waited. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Great Clips. We will not be returning.

We’ve always taken our grandsons here for haircuts, and it has been a great experience. This time, January 13, 2023 about 5:30pm, my youngest was being the 2 year old that he is, was not behaving the best. The only male employee working, very rudely told my wife, that, ” I just can’t”. And stepped away. His attitude about the situation was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there, and said that the other female employee would have to cut his hair. She gladly took on our 2 year old and got the job done. His poor demonstration of customer service, his lack of ability to handle a child client, and the way he handled it with his own child-like attitude will have me looking elsewhere bring both our grandsons.

They are rude and inexperienced!!!I had such a long hair and I asked for inch short but now I don’t have an inch hair on my head.. Moreover they don’t know how to talk with the customers..Now onwards no more great clips

I don’t normally go to this Great Clips and this was only my second visit. Haircut was satisfactory, but the professionalism was gawd awful. Has this stylist ever been taught not to use outside voice when inside? The hair stylist spent the majority of my time speaking loudly with another worker instead of catering to her direct customer (me). I was not going to leave any tip and was going to be a “Karen”, but that is not my style. I never thought I would ever leave an unsatisfactory review, but something definitely needs to be said publicly. Never going back to this location!!

Inexperienced hair stylists. Everytime I go there it’s someone new, no one stays. Everytime I go there I ask for the same cut, and it never comes comes out the same as the last time. Last 3 times I’ve gone, the stylist has given me razor burn on my neck. I do not recommend this place over an actual barber shop.

Critical: QualityI had gone in for a decent trim on my hair. What I received was a nightmare. Not only was my hair chopped off in less than 5 minutes, but it was cut INCHES shorter than I had asked. I did not have my glasses on, so I couldn’t see what she was doing. I told her specifically where I wanted my hair cut to and she didn’t even let me put my glasses back on before she whipped my covering off and ran to the register. I was mortified. Yes, I know that hair grows back. But it was a big piece of me and it was destroyed. Even someone else in there had this same woman cut her sons hair and she requested another worker fix it before leaving due to its rapid and unprofessional cut. My hair at this point cannot be fixed. Ashley Taylor (I believe) was my stylist and she did everything that I asked for correctly and got it done within 20 minutes! My hair looks so much better and also feels a lot better because I have thick, curly hair. She also did this job very professionally and I’m very happy with the service they provided me! I came here on July 8th, 2021 to get a haircut because I really needed to get one. Ashley Taylor (I believe) was my stylist and she did everything that I asked for correctly and got it done within 20 minutes! My hair looks so much better and also feels a lot better because I have thick, curly hair. She also did this job very professionally and I’m very happy with the service they provided me!
