Today I was at great clips and saw the manager Rachel go out of her way to welcome in a handicapped person right away. She went around the counter and opened the door for them. Was very pleasant the whole time and I would recommend Great clips to anyone. So it’s in the system how I want my 16 month old hair cut an I believe her name was Theresa decided to change it up and take clippers to his head to buzz it. When we got home his hair was all choppy, uneven and she didn’t fade it at all. It was horrible, so I had to take him to SPORTS CLIPS to get it fixed! Thank goodness for their professional services they were able to help my poor baby out. I will never go back there again!!!!! Terrible service!

Tried loveland great clips could not cut a straight line so tried this location. It got worse. I broke my glasses that day and was the wrong day to get a hair cut. The left side was a little over a inch longer. After the 3rd person asked who cut my hair I went home and shaved it off. I get a short hair cut there was no fixing.
