My husband was in this location and Jennifer buzzed off all his hair without his approval. He didn’t want a military buzz cut but that’s what he got. Someone needs to be more clear on what they are doing and ask the customer making sure this is what they wanted. Then what’s stated on there computer cause it could of accidentally been put in wrong because they wasn’t listening!! Thanks for ruining my husband‘s day. Worst location ever Westside of hamilton.
