My son was just in for a haircut at crossings road on 12/17. he is 4 and autistic. He was not handleing the hair cut well at first. But after his left side was cut he settled down and sat still. On the right side while he was calm and sitting still the lady cutting his hair cut his ear twice with the clippers. and completely butchered his hair cut. No appology no nothing. It was obvius that she didnt want to cut his hair to begin with. She stalled waiting for another customer to come in or another stylist to be done. Which would have been fine if she didnt want to do his hair cut we would have waited. I now have to take him to another salon to try and fix the hackjob before we have holiday pictures taken.

Came in for a standard trim and fade. It’s butchered. Terrible. The lady- tall skinny blonde girl did it super fast, could tell she didn’t care. Didn’t even bother to give me a mirror to look at the back just, there it’s done, you can leave type attitude.

I was given a PERFECTLY shaped bob haircut by FAITH at Sandusky! She knew just how many layers, not cut too deep nor too short, softly shaped and more conservative for this 60-year-old! Others in the past have left my sides too thin; ears poked out, etc. FAITH is a pleasant young lady, professional, careful and gentle. PERFECTLY proportioned cut! Honestly, the best cut I’ve ever been given. God bless her!
