We did the online check in with ease. They were very busy but was pleased how they welcome their customers and kept up with the clientele. Our hair dresser was very nice and polite to my son and definitely knew how to have patience with a child who was ticklish around his neck. She knew the type of hair cut he wanted and made him look so handsome.

We just left this location. Alexis cut my 23 year old autistic sons hair. It’s awful! Not blended up the sides. I can see a clear line where she stopped with the clippers and started cutting. She made his hairline in the back 1 1/2 inches into his natural hair line. If she can’t cut a basic faded mens haircut properly, she should t be cutting hair.

I have honestly been really skeptical when it comes to going to cheaper salon chains for a hair cut because the time I did before, it was uneven and a total nightmare. I needed a quick cut because the last cut from another salon, was uneven. The reviews seemed promising, so I gave it a shot. Honestly shocked at how well my experience has been. I took my almost 2 year old to get his first hair cut and Kat did a wonderful job. The second time we went, we were both on the chair. Jen did my hair, and she did a fantastic job. I’m a little disappointed in my son’s hair cut because I asked for a trim and his hair is now very short and choppy. (Not sure what her name was.) I wasnt able to watch so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. May she take this review as feedback to grow from and no hard feelings. It’s hair. It grows back.
