My husband took our 5 & 7 year olds and my brother for hair cuts Saturday. Unfortunately he didn’t get the 2 ladies names who cut their hair. The lady who cut our 5 year old and my brother’s hair should be ashamed of herself. When you are a hairdresser your billboard is the service you are performing. The service you are performing is being paid for. My husband even tipped the lady after she did this to my son. How can you do hair and let my child leave your salon looking like he did. Multiple bald spots and uneven hair. He has super long spots the front was all messed up. My brother luckily didn’t have bald spots but he did have u even hair and his bangs were cut so short he says he has a 5 head and he tipped her $22 because it’s the holiday season! I was furious that my husband even left the salon with my son looking the way that he did. The other lady didn’t do too bad of a job who did my 5-year-old’s hair but she did cut his ear and didn’t tell us and his hair is uneven in the front and on the sides. This is what I get for not taking them to the barber shop. I called the salon, left a voicemail Sat after they came home. Expecting to have a phone call in return phone call Sunday and I did not. Personally called in after waiting hours for somebody to return my phone call to speak to someone and they told me that I could bring him in for them to fix what was messed up. My husband brings him back in in a lady who cut his hair was at the salon but my husband was speaking to a different lady. The lady my husband was speaking to couldn’t believe how my child looked to where she took pictures to show her manager. She then called the other woman who cut my son’s hair over and that lady calls the scene saying she would never do that. She lied right in front of my husband who watched her the night before cut my child’s hair. I have before and after pictures. And if it was per say my 7-year-old who she thought cut his own hair because who else would do it? Why would there be longer pieces? She lied right to my husband’s face and to her coworkers. So today is Monday. It is 2:00 in the afternoon and I still get to have somebody reach out to me from the salon. Still waiting. Still nothing and I’m sure I won’t hear anything either. If you need clipper work done, do not go to Great clips! I hope I can find a way to post pictures so everybody can see what she did to my baby.

I went in for a simple haircut and got a really bad haircut. The people working here don’t care and don’t have any skill or experience. If you want a good haircut you have to go to a Real barber shop or a Real hair salon.

I had to edit my post. As Ive tried to work and style the cut i was given, i am discovering random patches that are completely wrong lengths and just not at all what I thought I was getting. Once it grows some, the shorter spots wont be as noticeable, but I am stuck styling my hair one way until that happens. Will not be going back.

Had to wait a long time to get my order in.Quarter pounder was so dry. The soda station was a mess. Seemed like no organization what so ever. Happy meal did not have a proper toy for a child that was 18 months. They used to have a toy that you could switch out when your under two.

Asked for a trim and to even out my hair a bit. Went in with shoulder length hair left with some sort of weird short choppy uneven mullet. She started in the back of my hair so you can’t really tell what she was doing back there. Then I watched her chop off a solid 4 inches. Didn’t want it that short nor did she ask. I mentioned I didn’t want it that short. I sat there in horror and she tried to fix it a bit and it went shorter. She never ran a comb through it she missed entire chunks of hair that are inches longer than the rest
