Greeted warmly and by name as I entered the salon. Jesse, the manager, as always, gave me the exact cut I wanted. There was one other stylist in the salon and she was very nice also. Critical: QualityMy daughter colored some of her hair blue. It looked great, they gave her a great haircut, we were very happy with it. This morning it’s a different story, her face, neck, back, pillow cases, favorite sweatshirt are all BLUE. I called them, they suggested rubbing alcohol to take it off… of her face ?! This is a customer services field. The lady that cut my hair had no personality and customer service skills what’s so ever. Its like she hated her job. No smiles or anything. All the three ladies that were there was like that. Quiet and no personality. I work with cilents as well and if I acted like that I would never have cilents. The Haircut is alright. My fiance had to fix it. Never coming back.

If I could rate a 0 I would. A tall skinny woman (super skinny) cut my hair. She messed my hair up badly. She was very ride also. I was worried about getting my haircut anyways and she made me regret it. I would not recommend going to this Great Clips if she is going to cut your hair. I was not the only person that was dissatisfied either.

I tried to let my hair kind of “settle” before making this review, but I just can’t do anything with it. I should have known better than to trust a room full of women with thin straight hair to cut my thick, naturally curly hair, but the stylist I trusted moved and I was desperate. My layers are uneven and don’t fade, and she didn’t take shrinkage into account so it’s way too short, and somehow has less structure and shape than it did after growing out for a year. On top of a lousy cut, I was made to feel like a nuisance for having curls, and she was extremely rough when combing it out with a five tooth comb. Curly girls beware.
