I have been going to this place for years. They store the information of your previous cut in the computer for future visits, which for someone like me who doesn’t change things up, makes getting the haircut I want quite simple. The only problem is they are closed too early for me to actually be able to go in as of late. They are closed before I go into work, and they are already closed before I get off work. They are additionally closed on Sunday, the only day of which I have open to go there.

I would not recommend this location. My visit felt very rushed and the stylist cutting my hair did not seem to listen to the requests I had for my trim, I even had a picture reference. I came in with hair down to the center of my back and now it just barely brushes my shoulders. Over 4 inches of hair and a year of growth gone. I have no idea what went wrong, but I am very displeased with my experience.

I went in with my hair almost one length middle down my back. She cut it above my shoulders then added short layers everywhere starting them at my eyebrow height. I said long layers starting at my chin length and for my hair to be to my shoulders! It looks hideous like a textured bob! She must have took 7 inches off and could have made a wig. She used thinning scissors which made it look all shaggy. I guess because my hair was thick and tangled from my hat or hood when I got there. I don’t have hardly any hair left to tangle now! Why would she do this when I said long layers and shoulders?

Their beautitions are very nice and good. You can walk in, check in online, or call ahead to check in and request your favorite hairdresser. I have systemic lupus and it has caused a lot of damage to my skin and has developed scar tissue on my scalp. Nicole is very careful not to hurt any of those spots and makes sure that my hair is cut so that none of the spots will show. She is also the only person that my husband will let cut his hair.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy son went in tonight for a hair cut. He came home and I was speechless on how bad it was. When I called the salon, the so called Manager, Nicole was yelling at me on the phone. Putting the blame on my son. I asked to speak to Owners and have yet to hear back. Based on the cut and the Managers attitude we will NEVER go back.
