Checked in online and made it there about 30 minutes until closing time. Shelby and the other lady working were very polite to me and customers who showed up after me. Very professional and didn’t feel like I was being rushed out. Shelby took her time and gave me a cut I was very happy with.

The stylist I was directed to stood there with a sour face and an attitude. She absolutely gave me the message that she didn’t want to be there. I’ll start with the positive… quick service, no wait, easy check-in. I’m growing my hair so I went in for a simple trim to my ends. The stylist I was directed to stood there with a sour face and an attitude. She absolutely gave me the message that she didn’t want to be there. My husband and i both got cuts and i got mine flat ironed. Our hair stylists didnt clean their area of the hair from other people, and mine used dirty utensils and a dirty cape. I even mentioned it to her when she put it on me and her comment was yeah all the hair dont come off. Ummm then maybe use a clean cape?!?! And my husband’s cut was NOT a flat top at all! I also had so much little stubby hair in my scalp from the previous client the stylist cut…. and the only refund that was given back was the style! For sure NEVER going back here!!!! This is NOT how getting hair services should be!!!

I had a coupon to get a haircut for 995 the woman never took it! Then I got my hair washed it took about a minute and a half and she charged me $10 which I thought was ridiculous! Bottom line I was charged $5 more for my haircut and then I had to pay $10 for a shampoo which I thought was ridiculous! I think you should refund the $5 and that’s $10 for a shampoo! 🙁
