I came in for a LONG overdue haircut. With a 2 hour wait, the staff was super apologetic as I signed in, and they took my number to text me when it was my turn. Luckily, there is PLENTY to do in the area, The staff is amazingly sweet and really listened to what I wanted. My hair turned out perfect, and it was well worth the wait! If the online check-in is working, use it!

Always go in there and see the girls doing their absolute best to get everyone in quickly, while still making sure you get the style you want! My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave, and I give them props because I have VERY long, thick hair.

The great clips at presidential Square has some insanely talented stylists that work there! My absolute favorite is Ange. Her skill level surpasses about 95% of all stylists I’ve ever worked with and that list is long and well researched. I’ve gotten fades from at least 3 different stylists there and every single fade has been super sharp and well executed. I have nothing but positive remarks about this place. If you are currently getting mens haircuts at an expensive upscale and want the same quality at a lower price get on the books at this location and you will not be disappointed at all!

My fiancé went and got his hair cut and it was horrible. She definitely didn’t know how to do a drop fade and we had called to get a refund and they said they don’t do refunds, that why didn’t we just come back after we saw it was messed up but he would never go back after the disaster of his hair so instead he went to his normal place to get his hair fixed. Terrible experience!

Won’t cut my kids hair because he is 20 months old and doesn’t understand why he has to wear a mask. I’ve come here and had great experiences but since I called another great clips location and they said they have no problems cutting his hair with or without a mask, i will go there, where it’s not a waste of my time to check in and load everyone in the car before being denied entry because of one managers policy that is inconsistent with other locations.

My stepson came over before Thanksgiving with a run-in with some scissors LOL. Whoever the lady was that helped us hide the fact that there was a chunk missing did a very good job!!! I feel so bad that I do not remember her name but thank you (your chair is right behind the checkout.) Also Tommy that works there did an even more superb job the second time around before Christmas! Tommy made him feel very comfortable to be getting a haircut!
