Did my hair the way I wanted. I love it but was rude to my sister and her emotional support dog. They told her she couldn’t bring him in which by law she can. He had his tags and he is a small dog. It was a hot day. I won’t go back here. I’m very disappointed about that. I love my cut.

I went yesterday to get my hair cut . The lady that took my name was not happy at all . Didn’t even smile once . She ended up being the one to cut my hair unfortunately. There was 2 women cutting hair and the other one was so nice and asked her customers more than once exactly what they wanted and the one that did mine didn’t even TRY to make conversation … but I looked past that and thought maybe she’s just quiet and would do a good job on my hair . First off I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she only looked at it once and started cutting . She cut her finger while doing it but put a glove on and visibly more irritated which is understandable. She showed me the back which just wasn’t what I wanted and I even said I wanted it shorter and she just said “it’s pretty short and will be shorter when dried…” so she starts blow drying it and is super rough with the brush … like my head still hurts . It felt so intentional . She was also holding the blow dryer directly on my scalp that I had to move more than once . I was just so upset I didn’t say anything else and paid and left . I haven’t got my hair cut in 2 years because of the anxiety of the exact experience I had . Just horrible experience all around.

I will never come here again. I got my haircut once by someone that I thought I could trust that has cut my hair at another salon in the past. She totally botched my hair. My bangs were SO short, she told me that the blow dryer will help when I get home and wash it myself. I will NEVER go here again. Not to mention I was one of the first people to get their haircut that morning, I figured it would be a really nice haircut! I had a friend try to fix my hair after that and she noticed how UNEVEN my hair was. Not just my bangs were messed up, but my whole haircut. Never again. What a waste of time and money. I wish I still had the picture of how SHORT my BANGS were. Just wanted a haircut before a major surgery I was going to be having. You won’t be getting my money ever again. You know who you are, I will not be naming the person who did my hair.
