I came in for someone to shape up my curly synthetic hair. They took my information and scheduled me for about 50 minutes later. I waited in the salon for thirty minutes and when it was my turn. I was escorted back to the chair and began to explain that I wanted my hair shaped up a bit because it was too long and full. Then the other stylist passed by and said, I’m sorry but we don’t cut synthetic hair. I asked her why didn’t they have a sign or inform me when I came in. They both saw me enter and sit in the front for the thirty minutes I was there. Also, I stood right in front of Leah when she asked me for all of my information before I sat down to wait. Don’t worry…never again will I visit this salon even with my own hair. By the time I left they had informed me that synthetic hair dulled their sissors etc. well what scissors don’t dull after awhile? They all have to be sharpened at some point. (I’m an ex-hairdresser licensed by state board so I know) That was ok, I went home, grabbed a pair of cutting shears and cut my own hair! So thanks for nothing. Ooh, I apologize, thank you for saving me $25 dollars. Lastly, I will not recommend your shop either.

I had been cutting my own hair since COVID lock down last March but, when I saw the salon was empty, I decided to take the chance and stop in. I’m not in this area much and this was my first visit. I got a wash and cut. The girl who did my hair was very nice and fast. Perhaps too fast. Other places I’ve been, they check to make sure the length on each side was even. Also, they compare the layer lengths and she didn’t. She based the layer lengths on the hair length, so one side is completely longer. I only noticed the issues hours later when I bent over to gather my hair into a ponytail.

Be very careful that you understand what you’re paying for. I was told a haircut was $16 and if I wanted a style w/flat iron $20. After having my hair cut and styled, I was told the price was $36 when Iwas under the impression the total would be $20. I could have gone to a higher end salon for that price.
