I have never been in a quick haircut place in my life. Always high end salons. BUT after months of illness & surgery, my hair was horrible. Took my daughter here this morning, 8/12, and got a haircut, my daughter recently discovered she has naturally wavy hair, the stylist decided that she should use the texture shears on my daughter’s hair too basically de-volumize it. My daughter did not ask her to do this nor did she want her to do this. My daughter is mad that she was not considered when the stylist was making decisions about HER hair. Very disappointed in the service we got.

Probably the worst hair cut I have ever received. Absolutely no respect for what I asked for and a terrible job done too. Will never be going back. Side burns are a different length, back of the neck is not straight and the front of my head has 5 stray hairs. Awful work!
